Penguins is a family-run, friendly, award winning swim school, offering classes for children of all abilities and adults in West Sussex. We have spent over 30 years nurturing thousands of swimmers to gain a love of swimming for life. Our small classes mean each swimmer receives individual support and encouragement.

Our devoted team is proud to have been named the Swim England, Swim School of the Year.

We are a team of experienced teachers who develop each swimmer with a broad repertoire of skills and interests in the pool such as water safety, water polo to artistic swimming.

We offer termtime courses for children aged 4 to 16 and weekly squad training for teenagers, adult workshops throughout the year, and school holiday Intensive Courses.
