Linette coaches 3-hour workshops throughout the year for adults who want to improve their technique, skills and stamina. From better breathing and stroke refinement to building real confidence and endurance in the water — these sessions cover it all.
Held at the beautiful Brantridge private 25m pool near Gatwick, it's a relaxed, friendly environment where you'll swim alongside a like-minded community of adults who share your love of the water.

What level do I need to be to join a workshop?
You'll need to be a competent swimmer already — these workshops are designed for adults who can swim confidently and want to refine and improve rather than learn from scratch.
How many people are in each workshop?
Sessions are kept deliberately small, around 12 participants so Linette can give everyone individual attention and feedback throughout the day.
How long is each workshop?
Each session runs for 3 hours, giving plenty of time to work on technique, breathing and stamina without feeling rushed.
What will we cover in the workshop?
Every session focuses on stroke technique, breathing, stamina and water confidence. Linette tailors each workshop to the group, so you'll always get the most out of your time in the water.

Sessions take place at Brantridge — a stunning private 25m pool near Gatwick, in a relaxed and beautiful setting.
