For adults of ex-club/competitive standard, triathletes or anyone with a reasonable swimming standard, who wishes to improve their fitness, technique, stamina and speed, and learn new skills. We are a friendly team with regular social events and a positive session atmosphere. These sessions enable swimmers to achieve longer distances with more efficient strokes. Learning training techniques and skills makes swimming a more interesting and enjoyable activity.
